What are Your Limiting Beliefs?

We start another year and we sabotage our own potential. Tony Robbins states that we do this by taking half-hearted action. There are many stats out there that show that most of us don't make it past January with New Year Resolutions. What is true for me is that my success comes from many areas. It isn't just one thing. It is a balance when I succeed and an unbalance when I fall behind. 

When I focus too much on one goal, another falls behind. The balance is the key for myself. We all have more than one goal and we have many focuses in our lives. Is yours HOME-RELATIONSHIPS-CAREER-FUN _ HEALTH AND WELLNESS...or something else?. There is a wheel of our balance in all aspects of our lives. Too much focus on your career and family and friends get ditched. 

What is your focus this year? Do you have a plan of balance? What areas need more attention than others? ARE YOU ALREADY IN THE STATS OF NEW YEAR DITCHER?

2020 Reflection

With a new year we want to reflect upon 2019 and celebrate what it brought and what you did in it.

This is a good time to journal it out or if you already journal, go back and read it. Why? You may be surprised in what you achieved in it and happenings. Reflect, give gratitude in it. Did you have bumps and struggles? Reflect on them, also. What did you learn from them? What do you want to change, moving forward?

Be Reiki has a great combination that was developed in 2019. If it works, keep it! And that is what I am doing in 2020.

I will continue with Connect The Dots. This was a huge undertaking in 2019 and found wonderful individuals who wanted to create a life through heart base passions. We continue to connect with a FREE facebook group, exclusive only to these participants. Connect The Dots will have it's first workshop March 2020 and quarterly, thereafter.

 

I continue to offer one on one Life Coaching, but limit 2 clients monthly with tgis to give ultimate attention. Life Coaching is leveling up your life with accountability to your goals in 2020.

 

I will be revealing a NEW service this spring. I have been studying a new practice and can't wait to share this with others and it's benefits.

Simply Life

They say stress is thinking of too much "stuff". What do I want? How do I pay that bill? How do I get Cody to school when I have to be to work early and then Claire is sick so I can't take her to childcare today!! Yep. That is stuff. Circumstances of life that come up. What we really want is getting in the way of what is REALLY happening in life. Stress is our reaction to these circumstances. Anger. Frustration. Short tempered. Depression. Anxiety. 

This is a technique or some techniques to try for yourself. They may or may not work. Find what DOES work for you. Make sure it healthy for you. Some people opt for a negative attempt to stress. Alcohol, drugs, food,  sex, gambling, shopping, etc. You get it. The list is endless. Most of us have tried these venues to help get through the stressors of life. Did they work? Well, maybe momentarily. In fact, you could reflect and say that they may have added to more problems in your life. In fact, those choices add to who you are TODAY.

Who we are today is from when we came in the world, what has happened to us from that point to now. Our bodies are also a reflection of that. Yes, those negative choices we opted for prior to self care= self love. Studies say that from birth, up to age 7 there is a holding in the subconscious. What someone said to us, actions in our life, words, behaviors of others toward us and our world as we learn it to be is STORED in the subconscious. Siblings that call you names and you store them as beliefs. Parents that teach a LACK of work ethic. Teachers that taught us boys are better at math than girls. Whatever STUFF you got is there! Sometimes, actually, most the time- we don't even know what is stored there. Not until we REALLY look. Look around at your life and where it has or has not evolved to. Money doesn't flow to you. Relationships with males are abusive. You can't keep a job. You lack trust in others. These are little black bags we carry. "Baggage". This is JUST the subconscious baggage. We add to it as we continue from age 7 and up. 

Then we have circumstances of life. Events that just happen. The STUFF that is out of our control. A car accident you have that takes you out of work for 6 months. A death of someone you love. A work lay off. A tornado hits your home town. A flooding. A house fire. 

So, some suggestions to help you. Remember, these are suggestions. We are all unique energy. My energy and frequencies are different from yours. One individual may have had a past TRAUMATIC event of rape and abuse. Another may have stored in their subconscious that they are not worthy of money. So, it gets complicated. I always recommend two things: Medical Provider and Psychological Therapy. It depends on what your energy is or was up to this point. I always recommend Reiki with Medical and Psychological Professions. Why? It aides in the healing of your energy ( "stuff", "baggage"). However you want to label it!  They are just labels AND you can get past them. There are these great aspirations of HOPE, LOVE, JOY, GRATITUDE and HEALING. How you get there is YOUR journey! I suggest being in the moment is the first to healing. 

When we are in the past or worried so much of the future, we can't heal. Love today. Love yourself today. Find yourself. What do you REALLY want? What excites you? Now when I say stay focused now, that doesn't mean not taking ANY action. But we need to take care of those black bags before we can move on.This is the BE STILL time. When you heal and find you, you can then take action daily toward it. Work on intentions. If you don't know what these are LEARN. I highly recommend learning something. Doing something. Something is better than nothing. Something is energy. What are you doing today on what you want? This moment? 

Gratitude and Meditate Daily. Yep, simple. Slow down. We are in such a rat race society that we never just stop and rest. This is healing. Get in nature and just sit and listen. You will find gratitude. Simple beauties all around you here. 

Use the "I am statements" I am________________. Use positive words daily to you. Self healing. Share positives with others. Your children, co workers, spouse, family and friends. Even in horrible times and fights, find a kind word. This will be powerful. Show up for who you are. Show up for YOU. Self care is self love, NOT self centered. You (a healthy you) can get up and go to work to support your family. You ( a healthy you) can care for an elderly parent because you took out an hour in your day to relax with a massage, a counseling session or a Reiki session to work out the build up of "that stuff" of being a caregiver. Moms are better moms when they eat right and exercise. Dads are better dads when they can take an hour to get into nature and release the stressors( that life stuff of bills and work). And give each other that time. Let each other have those things that are coping skills of life's "stuff". 

What are your coping skills? Are they healthy? Do you share them with others? Some people cope by talking to a friend, taking a walk with their spouse, hike in the woods their pet pal or sit on the porch and drink a cup of coffee with the birds. Slow down, Enjoy the moments. This was a moment for me. Hope you want to share another with me. I am a Reiki Practitioner. If you need a coping skill for life and it's stuff you have in your subconscious or they are just circumstances of life that are obstacles that you need assistance with...there is this beautiful thing called Reiki. It IS my own coping skill for much of life's "stuff".
